HOW IT WORKS

From a property you found to a clear buyer-side report.

You give us the property details. We gather the relevant evidence, keep different data types separate, and turn it into a clear English-language report.

VISUAL PLACEHOLDER · PRODUCT FLOW

Property → evidence → analysis → report

Future visual: map pin/property card flowing through the evidence sources and ending as the finished report.

THE PROCESS

Four steps. Each one should make the property clearer.

01SUBMIT

Property location, asking price and basic details.

02GATHER

Relevant transaction, market, tax and property evidence.

03ANALYSE

Unlike numbers stay separate and properly labelled.

04REPORT

A clear English-language decision document.

STEP 01

No perfect Greek street address required.

Send the location, asking price and basic property details. If there is no reliable street address, place a pin directly on the map. A listing can help, but it is supporting information — not the foundation of the product.

STEP 02

We gather the evidence relevant to that property.

Depending on availability: recorded transfers, asking-price data, market trend context, Objective tax values, risk indicators and purchase-cost information.

Recorded transfers

Completed-transfer evidence where available.

Asking prices

Seller expectations, not transactions.

Market trend

Broader valuation/index context.

Tax value

Objective Value, clearly labelled as tax basis.

STEP 03

We analyse without mixing unlike numbers.

A seller's asking price is not a recorded transaction. A tax value is not a market valuation. A broad market index is not evidence of what one specific property sold for.

€ asking ≠ € transfer ≠ € tax basis ≠ market index

A single “property value” can hide important differences in where the number actually came from.

STEP 04

You receive a clear report in English.

The final report is designed around the purchase decision, not around the databases behind it. You see evidence, comparisons, limitations and issues that may require professional review.

Finished report spread

Future visual: realistic Full Report decision page with transaction evidence, risk snapshot and limitations visible.

If the evidence is weak, we say so.

Not every micro-area has enough recent transaction data. A limited sample should look different from strong evidence.

No open-ended research process.

You submit once, we analyse the available evidence, and the selected report is delivered digitally. No subscription and no sales process attached.
